No Return Policy

At Platinum Posh, we take great pride in the quality of our raw hair extensions. We ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected before shipment to provide you with the best experience possible. However, due to the nature of the product, we have a No Return Policy.

No Returns or Exchanges:

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our products.

Potential Bad Batch Clause:

While we make every effort to provide premium-quality hair, there may be rare instances where a batch of hair does not meet our high standards. If you believe that your product is from a defective or bad batch (e.g., shedding, tangling, or texture inconsistencies), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request the following to process your claim:

Clear photographs of the product showing the issues.

A description of the problem encountered.

If we determine that the product is defective due to manufacturing issues, we will offer you a replacement product of the same or equivalent value. Please note that products showing signs of wear, misuse, or improper maintenance will not be eligible for replacement under this clause.

Customer Responsibility:

We recommend all customers carefully review their order and product details before completing their purchase. Once the product is shipped, Platinum Posh LLC is not responsible for incorrect orders or changes in preference.

By purchasing from Platinum Posh LLC, you acknowledge and agree to our No Return Policy with the exception of defective product claims, as outlined in the Potential Bad

Batch Clause.

We have a no-return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved if its determine faulty batch proccessing by vitual assessment. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
